I am currently Machine learning Master student in Uppsala University , worked in KBZ Bank (Myanmar) as Monitoring and Support Head , Under my scope are Monitoring system /IT Service management system implementation, consultation and ,customization .Also Managing Network Operation Center , Service Desk team for level 1 support of KBZ Tech .Over 14 years experience in (Network Operation center ,data center management IT Service desk) with a strong background in monitoring ICT critical asset , IT Service management with process optimization and Operation management . Have special interest in training & development.
