Lynn Lynn Htoo

Biography

My name is Lynn Lynn Htoo, and I am an English Language Teacher, Social Entrepreneur, and Education Leader from Yangon with more than 18 years of experience dedicated to education, leadership, and community empowerment. I began my career in 2010 teaching English to adult learners and mentoring trainee teachers, which grew into a lifelong mission of using education as a tool for empowerment and social change. Over the years, I have worked with organizations such as the American Center Debate Club, Metta Circle Charity Organization, SheOwner, and Open Space Myanmar, mentoring youth leaders in social entrepreneurship and environmental action. In 2018, I founded the Logophile Professional Languages Center to provide professional language training and communication programs, bridging gaps between communities and opportunities. I have also served as Education Executive Leader at Eureka Learning Hub, where I built partnerships and designed leadership programs, and in 2025 I coordinated the Differently Abled Art Exhibition to promote inclusion and accessibility through the arts. My peacebuilding journey includes serving as a Peace Education Trainer with the International Women’s Peace Group, offering conflict resolution and harmony-focused education to diverse communities. Academically, I am a Certified Global Launch Teacher from Arizona State University, hold a Diploma in Creative Writing and Editing from Yangon University, and am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Swiss School of Business after completing a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at West Yangon University. In 2024, I was proud to become a YSEALI Professional Fellows Program alumna under the Economic Empowerment theme, and in 2023 I was honored to being participated in Lead with Her as one of the Asian selected young women. My greatest passion remains using language, education, and leadership to empower people, strengthen communities, and inspire meaningful change.
